Receive Return Authorization
We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.

Package the Product
Package the product securely in its original packaging. Include the return authorization number and original receipt.

Ship the Product
Ship the product to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
If you are returning a product due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items

Defective Products
